Project: Four luxurious spa washcloths


In this 2 day workshop you will weave and finish four beautiful spa washcloths. Perfect as a gift when paired with a bar of handcrafted soap !! Class takes place on 2 consecutive weekends.
Part 2: Sunday, March 3, 1:30-5:30


Curriculum includes: 




  • Learn to identify parts of the loom and their use




  • Basic weaving terminology




  • How to prepare for a project using the calculation worksheets to determine project size and yardage required




  • How to wind the warp and dress the loom




  • How to start, weave and finish a project




Supplies required:
2-3 skeins of sugar & cream cotton yarn in your choice of color. You can weave a solid color spa cloth or use 2 different colors, one for the warp and one for the weft where you’ll create the pile loops. You will need approximately 300 yards.
Looms will be provided for the duration of the class.

Two 4 hour classes on two consecutive weekends
$100/$125 member/non member


IMPORTANT INFO:


Refund policy: We currently do not offer refunds or transfers between classes. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another person who is 18 or older. If you need help finding someone to take your spot, you are welcome to post in the class event on our Facebook page, or ask us to share your email address with the class waitlist.


For your personal safety, please wear closed-toe shoes, tie long hair back, and avoid any dangling jewelry or baggy clothing.


You do not need to bring a printed ticket.
